Mumbai Traffic Police — uber driver misbehave and cancelled the trip | |||
I booked uber cab which came 15mins late than the arrival time. When i tried cancelling the cab it was charging me the entire amount so i didn’t cancel. When the uber driver arrived he didn’t allow me first to sit, i even fell down, i got up and sat in the cab ; Then he in very rude tone said i dont want to drop you at the location & asked me to cancel the cab, I denied because it was charging me the entire amount while cancelling so he himself cancelled the cab saying i am being rude to him. He didn’t even think that i got my leg and hand injured, & instead of dropping me at my location out of courtesy, he just cancelled the cab. Additionally when i argued with him he just tried frightening me for calling the police. He himself misbehaved with me by giving bad words to a lady in traffic. I want some action to be taken against him. I have submitted the same issue to uber customer care. But i wanted to inform the traffic police as well about such mannerless & heartless cab drivers in the city. I have also attached the photo of the cab. Was this information helpful? | |||
