Mumbai Traffic Police — wrong challan by officer

Dear sir / mam,
Good day!

My car has been standing still on the signal and yet challan of rupees 200 has been created by officer.

I follow traffic signal rules very diligently through out my life. Would request you to reconsider echallaan created by officer.

Challan number is pnccm[protected]
Challan date is 15 jan 2020.12.45
