Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a challan (MBYCM[protected]) on 26th February 2021 on my vehicle MH04JV9770 (car) while my car was parked in my parking.
While going through the details of the challan and violation evidence image, I saw that the vehicle in question is a scooter with vehicle number MH04JY9770. It seems there was a typing mistake while issuing the challan and instead of 'Y', V was used while issuing the echallan.
I sent an email to [protected]@gov.in,
multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in and Echallan Helpdesk on March 1, 2021. I have made multiple follow ups and now It has been over 45 days but no action has been taken. Even I did not receive any acknowledgement from Echallan Helpdesk. I made several calls to the support helpline as well and everytime I am being told that they would follow up with the concerned team.
Request you to look into the issues and cancel my challan and issue it to the defaulter - scooter owner (MH04JY9770).
