Mumbai Traffic Police — wrong e challan issued to me

Dear team,

Your team have issued a wrong e challan to me of fine rs 500.
My car no mh43bn4160. I have my car tracker reports with me as well.
Could you please explain if car passing is for navi mumbai then how could you charge me with the challan for the state of rajasthan as due to covid-19, travelling to another state is void
You guys have issued a wrong challan to me wherein there is no photograph captured.
Its a cheated with a citizen. You people are fooling us.
