Mumbai Traffic Police — wrongly charged e - challan mumcc[protected] dated 16th apr 2019

I am wrongly charged e - challan mumcc[protected] dated 16th apr 2019. When checked online it pertains to a two wheeler which is not mine.in fact i don't own any two wheeler as well. My car number is mh01bu9488 and image which is shown as evidence is a two wheeler. Would request you to kindly waive off charges charged to me wrongly. Moreover image shown as evidence it self is not clear.
In addition to this on 16th i was not in the area mentioned as well i was at bhayandar returned in the evening you can bhayandar tool naka as well for reference.
Would once again request you to kindly waiver off charges as in don't want bad name for self.
