Dear sir,

I have received e challan number mumcm[protected] for fine of rs.500 for not wearing helmet.in this regard i have to inform you that the i was not riding any bike on given date 20 apr 2019 at 17:11 and the image is also not showing any bikes.

Please check and reverse file of rs.500 wrongly charged without any fault from my side.

Appreciate your immediate corrective action.

Vehicle No MH02CD7765, We found that online e-challan the description show that without helmet, but my above vehicle is car, and no evidence found for other description for section 239/177.

Please look into it, and do the needful.
