Mumbai University — clash of msc exam and b. ed cet exam

The revised circular says the msc sem 4 theory dates have been postponed to 6th june. We have our b. Ed cet exams on the 9th and 10th of june. It's is highly possible for the dates to clash. Does the university not know this? How are the students going to give their exams? One whole year of ours will be wasted because of this. Does the university not understand students problems? I am unable to follow my exam form of sem 2 engineering since 4 days. Whenever i click on submit form it says ' oops, there may be an input error'. I want to know when will the server start to work?
