Mumbai University — Payment for photocopies of answer sheets

I was submitting an application to get photocopies of my answer sheets. The payment went through however the application is still showing incomplete and asking for payment again.
There is no complaints number on the website. The complaints form is available, but when u try to fill it, it gives an error.
No one answers the university phone number.

Please help. I don't know where to go from here.
