Mumbai University — please refund my money of revaluation which I paid two times

Respected sir,
On 11 january 2020 i have filled the form of revaluation for fe sem 1 but after completion of payment an error came which iam attaching down below 👇. So i tried again second time and filled the form after that i have received the conformation mail. So please refund the amount as soon as possible which is rs. 262.76
