Mumbai University — rude behavior of student development center | |||
Hi, I just wanted to get my transcripts and attestation done. Did my research and found information about timings (11 to 2) ( attached image still a part of official website proves that and 7 other websites and blogs) Reached at 12.45 and saw a que, as logic says decided to line up. After 15 mins or no one showing up, decided to go in and ask. It was 1.02 and was straight away rejected and spoken very rudely and told to wait as lunch time as begin. I waited till 1.45 ( lunch time ends, at 1.30). Was shouted at by a lady saying lunch time hai.and taken to the director Mr Sunil Patil, who was more rude than any other person in my life has been and warned me in hindi saying ' tu ruka you, transcripts bhool ja, Jo ukkad sakta Hai ukkad' . Was shocked that instead of helping people the student facilitation centre, so rude, derogatory in their language. Before going the legal way for such harassment, decided to try filing complaint in the website. PS Mr Sunil Patil needs a reality check and needs to be replaced, if quality is to be improved.
