Dear, Sir/Mam I received my consignment(Sunglass) on(21.09.2016), my order no is - Mun392294.Actually received product is manufacturing defect, so I want to refund my product.For this purpose I was mail the company 3(First 21.09.2019 and there after...) times about this matter.But still today(26.09.2016) company not respond to me. so please solve my problem as soon as possible and take necessary step.
