Munafa Store — Damaged product sent, by company no response from customer support team

I order samsung guru with bluetooth device. when i check this after payment its screen is damage i write to munafa store regarding this on mail id support+[protected]@munafa. zendesk.com & also their customer care number [protected] but no any positive response given by any one. even customer support team behave like they are talking with animals. as they tell i return the product to their noida store by courier, i have courier slip its sent back on date 8/10/2016. its over a month to sent back the product & give the bank account detail to munafa store but still 1149/- payment is not reversed to me. i want a legal action on munafa store i have all mails & confirmation with mobile snaps. mobile snap, courier slip & order detail is attached here with.
