Dear sir
This is to inform you that, since past 2 weeks, garbage heap is lying in front of our house no.#1211, sector - 21 B Chd. We have repeatedly asked the 'safaiwala' to clear the heap, but no action has been taken. Foul smell is polluting the environment around our house and people of our locality have started dumping their garbage over the heap. Please look into this matter at your earliest.

We are persitently telling him that we will pay him cash and he can issue a receipt from the receipt book for the same but he is arguing on that !!!
