Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] — No water from last 15 days

Dear sir

I am akhilesh keshri resident of saraswati vihar ward no. 33 gurgaon. We have been facing problem of no water supply in our street. Water pressure is not appropriate as it reaches upto 2 or 3 houses in the beginning. It does not go beyond that. Earlier also this was a problem. After that pipelines were changed but it is of no use. There is no fix timing also sometimes water comes at 2 o clock in the morning. During day time not even drop of water. We have called authorised person so many times and also lodged online complaint but no action is taken till now. Kindly sort out this problem asap

Water problem and sever line fixing problem is continuous since 3 months and it is being maintained in the streets at the mercy of money monger plumbers. The whole project seems like to be managed by these plumbers on behalf of residents of the society and no manager ever took control over the pathetic situation of the progress of the work. No deadlines of completion of work are shared with the inhabitants and every grieved is in the lost of vacuum for the search of help for solving problem of water and sewerage.

Please look into the matter to avoid sweat earned money wasted into the 'water'.
