Neighboring house is closed more than 25 years. No one cleans it. Not even the owner who is living healthy life in foreign country. 3 drums of garbage have been placed near our house, even though cleaners can place them near those house which are closed where no one lives. There are many closed houses in the society where they can put 4 garbage drums. Right now these drumps are placed just outside our kitchen.
