Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — Call not being picked up ever

I've been trying to contact bhopal municipal corporation phone to report a dog who has been living in the campus of our residential building and has already bitten 2 people. I wanted to report the dog so that the dog catchers can come and catch the dog so that no one gets bitten in the future. I've made numerous calls and not a single call has been picked up ever during this whole month. Very disappointed with this kind of management and irresponsible behavior from the municipal corporation of bhopal.
