Respected sir, i am living 15/a new subhash colony ashore garden bhopal. My neighbour construct speed breaker on road. Just bcz of that i have many problem like water storage problem so many times my bikes slip around them corner. I got many complain our ward office but they do not take any action to solve this problem. Today i request my neighbour for broken this breaker. They thread me if i want to broke this they stopped my sewage line and create problem. And use abuse. This is very painful to me. I request you to please solve this problem.

At last they said it's not our matter we transfer it to civil department.
It's my humble request please do needful
