Perumal 1st street, purasawalkam, chennai - 7. I want to complain about the dog which is black and white in colour and silver chain in neck, creating a problem, going a loose motion and vomiting through out the street & getting stray, that dog got very serious infection which was most vulnerable to the infant's and children's in our street. I kindly request you to take the action and caught the immediately. Thank you.
