Dear sir/madam,
In our street there are so many cats severely affected by disease. More than 25 cats are here.in our street there are so many small children, increased risk of disease spreading. Also these cats are making street, corridors, balcony, home ugly with their faecal excretion. It smells so bad and house flies increasing because of this. Please remove them all the cats. Kindly consider for the welfare of small children
