Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — dogs in street | |||
Hi guys, The dog in the picture is my street dog. Its quite old. Apparently someone had run a car over it we are not able to track the person. Its not able to get up or move. It's just mourning restlessly. Its neither drinking water nor is eating anything. I tried calling blue cross but i am not able to reach them.
