We have been facing drainage overflow since 10apr2019 into our bore well and we have identify the fault from where is has been leaked and its next to the house (Ladies hostel) and there are illegally draining all the bathroom and toilet water in the well and they have been blockage of rest room because o[censored]sed napkins and all stuff etc
And we have intimated the building owner to clean the blockage and the illegal drainage flow into their well but they said we have already given compliant in the corporation but when we checked no such complaint raised and because of it we are suffering without water and the bore which we using the water is smelling as drainage water and its black in color when we said the building owner they said its not our fault and its the ground water problem and when we checked with their plumber he said our bore well is 60ft and ours bore well is 120ft hence we pulling the water from the ground level hence we affected as the bore is pumping the drainage water and we are unable to use the water, my house is worst affected because on the drainage water when it comes to the ground level and we have already complained in toll free # 1913 to inspect and also informed to the local drainage removal team but we had ran out of luck in helping us.
Can you please resolve this issue asap.?...
