Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — stray dogs which are disturbing the night sleep

We have a couple of dogs in our area which is barking all night long, making us uncomfortable everyday while sleeping. There is a white and black shaded dog, which usually shows up around 11pm in night and starts barking for no reason, as this starts doing, the house pets also which our neighbors have, will continue along with it.
