Dear Sir,


I want to drawn your kind attention towards the unauthorized construction bearing Property No- 11, Duplex Flats Gur-Mandi Delhi-110007. The Unauthorized construction was found in this house by MCD officers. The court is also passed the Demolish order. But the MCD is failed the destroy Unauthorized construction in this Mentioned Property. The Details o[censored]/C Booked During Calender Year 2004 in Civil Line Zone also Present on Internet. I have also Put complain so many times in MCD office at Civil Line but they didn’t take any action against this. Its mean there is no any Respect of Court in front of MCD. Please Look in this matter and help us for taking necessary action to remove unauthorized construction in shape of Stair Case at G.F, & room, 1 Kit, 1 bath, Stair case at F.Floor. and Mumty at Second Floor by MCD. The MCD officers are corrupted because after the demolish order of court why they are not able to destroy unauthorized construction in the mention suit property. The same case is also running in Tis Hazari Court Room no-251, (Deepak Wason). We have win the case after the long distance of Four years but because of MCD officers. We have failed. After this complain if the MCD officers would able to take any action or failed to destroy unauthorized construction then I have to go in Consumer Court. So please help me in this matter.

MCD — big bushes attracting monkey

Hello,

I am resident of Saket K-Block, residing in K-17, the bushes around our houses have grown so big that it is attracting lot of monkeys inside the house specially balcony and terrace. We are unable to keep balcony door open and dry our clothes. Even if a slight window is kept open the squirrels are getting inside the flat. Please do the needful by clearing the bushes so that squirrels and monkey do not attack inside the house.

I stay in F-593 Sarita Vihar. The trees on the back side of the house have grown so big that the sun is blocked completely.
Also there is a monkey who climbs up and enters are balcony.You are requested to please trim the trees as we have old parents who are unable to sit and enjoy the sun.

I am residing in prem nagar new delhi 3 nearby safadarjang turminal. A park located between block number 25 and 26 is required arigation. Plants are becoming faint and one corner there is huge of rabish.

I would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction in garb of a fancy tent cloth covering to avoid any detection of any kind. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction.
The total DDA land area encroached is 40 sq. yard. In back of this they were using as Car Parking. They built a full fledged room.
This is my 2nd reminder as no action is been taken yet for my 1st complaint.

I have submitted an application no 643 to MCD Green Park office about a month ago regarding cutting down a large tree out side my boundary wall, as a large portion of it fell down in a duststorm. Now the rest of the tree is tilting on one side and may fall anytime injuring passerbys or damage the boundry wall. I have attatched the application with the photograph of the tree as well as the mandatory undertaking on a stamp paper of the value of Rs 50. The inspection has also been done by your designated person. Please remove the tree as soon as possible before more damage is inflicted.

I stay in KD-105, PITAMPURA, DELHI-88. The trees on the back side of the house have grown so big that the sun is blocked completely.
Also there are people who climbs upon jamun tree and enters are balcony.You are requested to please trim the trees as we have old parents who are unable to sit and enjoy the sun, and also we will hve to glow lamps during day time which result in wastage of energy.

I am residing in E-Block awantika sector-1.The staff of horiculture dept.(mali ect) posted in the main park e-block drink wine in the day time there and if some one try to stop them they abuse the person who try to stop them. मैंने दिनांक २८ जनवरी २०१२ को समय १२ बजकर ५४ मिनट पर फ़ोन नंबर ०११-२९८१२७०० पर एक शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी जिसमे मैंने कालकाजी डबल स्टोरी पार्क में पेड़ो और झाड़ियो की छटाई के बारे में लिखा था ताकि मार्च अप्रैल में वहा तरतीब से पेड़ सुन्दर लग सकें लेकिन बड़े ही दुःख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा हें की आज ३० मार्च २०१२ तक इस और कुछ भी नहीं किया गया उन सब पेड़ो और झाडियो को अपने पर ही छोड़ दिया गया कल उपर्युक्त नंबर पर फिर बात की तो उन्होंने मुझे डिप्टी कामिस्श्नर पार्क रख रखाव को लिखित में शिकायत देने का सुझाव दिया ! मेरी शिकायत नंबर ६३३४ दिनांक २८/०१/२०१२ दिया गया था !

I Geetu kapoor resident of B-6, first floor, greater kailash enclave-1, wants to draw your attention on the trees planted on the outer ring road side which is starting from savatri cinema towards Nehru place the trees planted on the side have not been trimmed resulting in the poor vision for the communitors passing from this road as the branches of the trees are touching the ground.I have also elderly parents living with me they're also not able to enjoy the sunlight. I would like to draw your attention towards the overflown drainage of entire village GHITORNI, new delhi 110030 of C.3. the mcd staff says the drain was cleaned but if you the condition and aslo confirm to any body from village about the cleaning of drainage. I sorry to say that entire drain is filled up the mud/khad resulting the water flow on the road which is totally broken/spoiled and now it is not worth to walk. when I apparoched and appaised the problem they simply replied that there is extrem shortage of staff nothing can be done. please approach to higher authority will be reply to them,
please look in the matter and do the need ful if possible.

By order of Supreme Court of India, using farm houses or other property is banned for purpose of commercial parties & marriages etc where width of roads are less than 100 feet.. How come under mentioned properties are being openly & regularly being used & offered to public for hosting partied with loud music at nights & by jamming thr trffic on lass than 20 feet wide roads?

Many plots, properties, banquits & halls situated on Aruna Asaf Ali Road(Vasant Kunj-Kishangarh-Sahara complex)road . This is less 20 feet Bitumanised/Pacca road are celeberating & hosting parties regularly & creating hardship to thousands of commuters, parking problem & are nuesense to thousands of residents.What is M.C.D authorities, Delhi Government & police is doing & why they have made JUNGL RAJ that too on ridge, gram panchayat & DDA land by illegal possession.?

I, R.S.Kushwaha R/O B-59, Arjun Park, Nazafagarh ( Ward -134 ) on behalf of the residents of this colony, wish to inform you wth extreme regrate that there is NO ANY SAFAIKARMCHARI has been appointed for cleaning of our area OR if there is any appointment, the SAFAIKARMCHARI NEVER, NEVER AND NEVER visits our area. Hence, people of the area has no option than to clean their homeside road themselves on day to day basis. We have made verbal requests / complaints in MCD ZONAL OFFICE, NAZAFGARH many times, but no action has been taken so far in this regard.
The situation gose woirst in rainy season, when different types of diseases like dengue, malaria, cholera etc. spreads in this area every year due to the lack of proper sanitation.

We have brought these problems into the knowledge of senior officers / public representatives many times...but of NO AVAIL.

Hence, i am making this complaint via online portal now and hope that necessary action would be taken in wide public interest soon.

We are resident of Durga Vihar, a small colony in south delhi. Here mostly each one are well educated and believe in Delhi Goverments.

We the resident of Block B, Quarter Number 133 to 148 is suffering for an illegal encroachment in front of one house. Actually he was recently redesign his whole house around 200 feets area. Now he made one basement and above that two floor for rental purpose. while he was redesign his house whole line of our colony suffering but that is not much issue.

Now he made a very big pavement( For Bring All rented persons bring there vehicles above), which is takes very much lenght, width and height . It is cover half road of colony. Each and every one living in this line suffer from that. We also lodge complaint regarding that at nearest police station but no any action taken till date.

I requested to you kindly take this matter on urgent basis. We are in trouble for last 2 months.

Also request you let us know what next step we will take again this illegal encroachment. So that i will bring this matter in notice of RTI or PGC.

Hi,

I am Shailendra resident o[censored]CO Apartments, sector-9, plot no.34, Rohini, Delhi- 110085. We have noticed from last one year the local sweapers (MCD sweapers) are contineously dumping the local garbage during the morning time at the back area of our residential society. Infact there is a pre-nursery school (Shemrock) and another day boarding school (Himalaya Public School) just beside the site.

We have told these sweapers several times not to dump the garbage, but they really don't care and reply back saying they are MCD staff and the garbage will get removed by the MCD transport soon. However, once or twice a month MCD truck and a crane comes to remove 20% of the garbage and get vanished from the site in just half an hour (they might be reporting their department the work is done).

My major concern is that the open area is becomming the dumping ground for the local garbage that too because of the MCD staff.

MCD inspectors often visit our residential societies to check and isue 'Chalaans' for spreading Dangue etc. but nobody cares about the same department is making a mess just under our nose everyday.

I am hoping someone will be able to sort this issue soon.

AFTER ALL WE ARE THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY PAYING THE SALARIES TO GOVT. EMPLOYEES by regularly paying the income tax.

MCD garden deptt — non removal of garbage in park DG2- Vikas puri

MCD persons cut the trees but not removed its branches and grass has not been cut by them. The park is situated in last row of DG-II-SFS flats 116 to 140. pl advise concerned deptt to get the things right. Garbage is piling up around creating health hazardous.

i am living in ghonda since 1966 and found no development till now people are living like animals here no one care anything the street is full of garbage many child worker under 10yr are working in the factories which are in the residential area which is an offence and no one has take a connection of sever till now and no one use the safety tank the human excreta exposed in the street side due to this many diseases like chorela is spreading .i hope you understand our problem and take any futher action

This is regarding extented constructions in one of the streets in A block ganesh nagar PO Tilak nagar New Delhi -18 { Street from Address A-115 (Back Side) to A-122 }.
Residents by watching each others activity constructed slabs which takes the space of the street end up by mess in that street.
If 1 car is parked even a two wheeler cant b passed from that street.
Many problems like car parking, blockage of road are the consequences.
By removing the slabs or extended (illegal ) constructions, these problems can be reduced & end up with spaciuos street.

Reading grievances of our citizen on this portal seems not being address. What can we expect with MCD?. The department does not even properly comply responding to RTI applications.The citizens, the administrators and protectors are very well aware greesing the palms seems the only way mechanism works, that too if you are lucky and if the opposite party's greese is the higher side nothing happens.

There are supervisors, inspectors for every area of the municipality. Interestingly, the citizen has to make complain to address issues of their responsibilties. Why are we paying this officials? Their salaries can be better used by RWA or Association of people to redress their grievances. Neither a councillor, MLA, MP really makes an effort to visit their constituencies regularly. They appear to be good on pointing fingers to the opposition party & do blame game while the public suffers. Our councillor in ward 90 could not release funds to place simple street tube light holders as per BSES suggestion.

I m a resident of R-167 Vani vihar, Uttam Nagar New Delhi-59. This complain is regarding the road being constructed almost 2 kilometers from my house and this people are putting the raw material inculding bricks, concrete in front of our shop.
This is ofcourse not for the first time we have this problem to talk about. We have to face it every time whenever somthing such like roads, sewer get constructed even far from our house. Not only this even in our neighbourhood somebody has to construct or renovate anything may be house or shop they put such things against our house which not only damages our house outside walls but also makes my place filthy around.
Not only this they every time throw their garbage against my house and make it look dirty all around. Even sweepers have to use our house for gatheing all the garbage from roads. It creates a lot of nuisance and pollution that spreads too many diseases infact we all have caught by severe fever due to all this. I, hereby request you to consider our issue and get us resolution as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your notice that there is serious unauthorized rooftop construction (on 2nd floor) going on in C4D block Janakpuri which has made the life of the residents miserable.

Mr. R. K. Malhotra r/o C4D / 50C, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058, is done unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally added the 3rd floor and publicly making a mockery of all building byelaws and MCD regulations.

Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored / neglected all such requests and this is causing great threat to the safety of the neighbours as the building structure is very weak. (Crack develop in the flat – 2nd floor)

Such unauthorized construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him on illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

We have been running a charitable institution in the name: “The Lotus Schankger Public School”, R- Block Harinagar Extension Part-I, Saurabh Vihar, Badarpur, New Delhi, for the benefit of economically weaker sections of society of the area and is a no-profit-no-loss institution duly registered with the authorities.
When the municipal workers clean the open drains near the school, they leave the front side drains of the school uncleaned and deliberately accumulate lot of muck there and ask for exhorbitant amount. In my neighbourhood adjoining to my home wall, there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines. The factory creates noise pollution.

The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is hazardous to the health of my family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home is becoming more weak day by day. Sir, I am a retired person and also adding that my wife is a Heart Patient and I am suffering from High Blood Pressure due to above mentioned factory and its noise pollution.

As your honored self known that, Hon’ble Supreme Court has already passed a direction to the competent authorities for not to functioning/stopped/shift/closed down the hazardous/heavy factories in/from the residential areas which are creating pollution/problems to the surrounding people but after that, the above mentioned factory owner is running his factory unit freely without any coercion of law.

Sir, kindly note that this factory unit has not renewed their licence after 11.08.2000 and has already fined a challan for Rs.6000/- (approx.) by MCD in year 2006. SDM (West) Mr.Pramod Kumar has directed to stop functioning from the premises which later taken to TIS Hazari Court and resulting the case back to SDM (West) court which is pending for last 2 months (approx) and the factory unit is still functioning.

In the light of above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and my family members’ lives and property from this hazardous factory unit and passed or take the immediate action to SEAL THE FACTORY UNIT on the said premises.

You will be obliged and your prompt action will highly be appreciated.

MCS — Mcd is not doing their work

A dead cow is lying in our area. I complained to the MCD animal disposal unit on 25422700. My complain no. was 6504 in the name of Jyoti Jain([protected]). After 3 hour i again called to them on the same no. The person from MCD said it is not their work we will forward that and then see who will come. I said the dead body is sinking like anything pls come and take the dead body. He said he can't do anything the THEKEDAR can do anything the put down the phone.


This is MCD Services. People can't do anything as it is Govt. Department. No body is doing work in MCD. The roads are not maintained . I personally complained so many time. But there is no response.......................

I am Mrs. Susheela Nair, Resident of H.No.1508, Gali No.13, Govindpuri, New Delhi. Since last 15-20 years our 13 No. Gali & in front of my House's Sewarage and Man Hole is owerflowing. Every alternative day we used to complaint. Its true that they used to clean it but, the second or 3rd day again the problem starts.

Inspite of our all residents complaints since last more than 15 years in that gali / area the problem is still not rectified.

We really want's to blame the MCD department that they are charging 50% extra charges for sewage cleaning etc.. in our water bills. Then why not the MCD using that money for a Permanent solution/Repairing in the required areas.?

I think the councellor or a concerned person can do the needfull steps regarding this but nobody wants to.. they bother only about their chairs.. even our CM too..

In our area a lot of people complained through mcd online earlier.. but no use.. no one want's to take a proper step / solution for this type of complaints. and its remains forever.

I always used to complaint our area Jr.JE Mr.Chauhan, and he is a very coperative person. Now I think he is also tired of this everydays same complaint.

Now I would like to request to the concerned person (whoever is) whatever was going in the past it can't change, but now kindly take this matter seriously because its affecting our life and health. Kindly change the sewarage line in our area /Gali with immediate effect or do all the possible actions/steps to rectify the ower flowing sewarage problem permanently.

A Big nala under the gurudwara wall but it is blocked but gurudwara sewar water re flowing in road.In a rainy season we are fighting huge smells. The sweeper is not clean properly of road becoz of a number of mall gaddi & damages cars.in that day number of mosquitozs are bron there.

I live in sant nagar, burari, and this is regarding stray cattle menace in our locality. I probably feel that because of commonwealth games stray cattle are being dumped in our locality. I want to know how long it will take to make a proper road.

Illegal construction and footpath has been occupied by the local shopkeepers resulting not able to use a footpath also under such a horrible condition of the roads.

THE CONDITION OF ROAD FROM U&V BLOCK SHALIMAR BAGH (CANAL FLYOVER) TO PITAM

PURA DOUBLE TANKY IS VERY BAD. IT IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE VEHICLES ON THIS

STRETCH. I AM SURPRISED WHY MCD IS NOT BUILDING NEW ROAD HERE FOR PUBLIC. IT IS

URGENT. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND MAKE THE ROAD IMMEDIATELY.

We r residents of B-Block Vivek Vihar Phase-II, Delhi, for the last 4-5 years no road has been constructed in front of houses, sthe conditions of road is very bad, we donot know why councillors and MLA are not interested for making the road. We think, it is better to live in re-settlement colonies where the councillors/MLA's have vested interest of vote bank.. and we think we should shift from B-Block Vivek Vihar-II Delhi area.
If sufficient funds are available with MCD, they can renovate the inner roads, very shame ...to the concerned officials/councillors/MLAs...

hope, the favourable action shall be initiated from the end of good officials...
I am afraid, how this Government will make over before Common Wealth Games... i don't think ...the work (when government can no do basic work of roads, sanitation...etc.) how they will do something else...

I have been staying at Mahavir Enclave for last 3yrs and its relly very sad to say that for last 3yrs the condition of this road havn't improved even 1%. Its not a right way to deal with the patience of the residents who are facing the endless problem because of bac road condition.

MCD — Very Poor condition of Road

Dear Sir,
THe condition of Rama Road (from Zakhira to Karam Pura) getting from worse to 'do-not-know-what'. No body knows when it was last relaid. There are lots of showrooms of cars and Banquets on this road but still the roads are worst and in the rainy season worse than worst. My cab to office does not pick me from there because of that road, I have to travel by bus just because of that bloody road.There is an unfathomable amount of money being lost as a result of damaged vehicles, traffic delays, jams and accidents. True there is some disruptions when infrastructure works are undertaken...but this one is amazing...there is no end to the digging work which has been going on for years now. There is total govt apathy. Kindly let the govt.know importance of that roads.

I am a resident of ELDECO Udyan II, Raebareli road, Lko, near Sardar patel dental Institute. In this colony the roads are completely damaged and the so called jheel became garbage area.Since 7-8 years roads are not being repaired by Lucknow Nagar Nigam. So I request to maintain the road asap to prevent the daily accidents and a better life style for the residents of this colony.

MCD ROAD — Bad Condition of roads

The road between the Zakhira to Ashok Park Main Station is deteriorating day by day. From past 2 years we haven't seen any maintenance of this road. Earlier we thought it might be due to metro construction, now metro track is ready and in working condition. And so many commuters commute from that road. We would really advice you to take care of this road as well.

Also, the state of road at Gulabi bagh red light is also bad. Due to the road condition we get stuck in traffic jam.

Respected Sir/Madam,


This is in connection with the prior case discussed with you via Email regarding unauthorized and hazardous working of a factory unit engaged in Iron Sheet Cutting Business. Please note that the same matter had been transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura via competent authorities after your sympathetic and favorable efforts which had been continued till around 10 months but had no positive output came out with. So, we would like to draw your kind attention and seek your sympathetic consideration once again in the matter given as under :

1. In my neighbourhood there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines.

2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is perilous to the health of our family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the Machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home has become weak.

3. Sir/Madam, please note that this factory unit is functioning in a residential area and the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has already directed to shift their factory to an Industrial Area and close down their factory at the existing locations, failing which, strict action will be taken against them.

4. But, these persons are not adhering to these instructions and are still functioning their activity even after having their plot at the Industrial Area. The working hours of his factory are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We have requested them a number of times to shift their factory to the Industrial Area but they are openly saying that they would run their factory at the above mentioned place. Due to their factory, myself and my family members are suffering a lot.

5. In the light of above circumstances, you are requested to depute your Inspector to visit and check the situation and order them to close down their factory and shift it to the Industrial Area at the earliest where they’ve allotted a plot.

6. Also, keep on notice that I am a retired person and suffering from disease of High Blood Presure and my wife is a Heart patient.

7. As said at the beginning that the case was transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura. But, most of the time the Officer was engaged in meetings and when he took the case, each time he asked us why we were not complaint earlier and why any person other than we people from the neighbourhood not making complaints. Sir/Madam, we had nothing other than dates from the Officer. My son was working at Noida at that time. So, It was not possible for him to avail that much of leaves. Even after putting his best efforts to the case, no positive result came out. So, he decided to withdraw the case. But now, their functioning has become more hazardous due to their work load and after the case. If you don't take the prompt action against the Unit, we will go for higher authorities and file a case againt them.

So, your goodself are requested to take the matter on priority basis and seek your attentive and forceful response to move their unauthorised functioning unit from a Residential Area to the Industrial Area.

my childran name is mayank hes date of birth is[protected] in ddu hospitat in delhi but mcd employ is change my name My name is Virender kumar but he written was Virender Sing.
Therefore I requested you to correct it. I am sending original voter id card alongwith proof of father name (copy of ration card).
