Respected Sir/Madam,


This is in connection with the prior case discussed with you via Email regarding unauthorized and hazardous working of a factory unit engaged in Iron Sheet Cutting Business. Please note that the same matter had been transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura via competent authorities after your sympathetic and favorable efforts which had been continued till around 10 months but had no positive output came out with. So, we would like to draw your kind attention and seek your sympathetic consideration once again in the matter given as under :

1. In my neighbourhood there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines.

2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is perilous to the health of our family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the Machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home has become weak.

3. Sir/Madam, please note that this factory unit is functioning in a residential area and the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has already directed to shift their factory to an Industrial Area and close down their factory at the existing locations, failing which, strict action will be taken against them.

4. But, these persons are not adhering to these instructions and are still functioning their activity even after having their plot at the Industrial Area. The working hours of his factory are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We have requested them a number of times to shift their factory to the Industrial Area but they are openly saying that they would run their factory at the above mentioned place. Due to their factory, myself and my family members are suffering a lot.

5. In the light of above circumstances, you are requested to depute your Inspector to visit and check the situation and order them to close down their factory and shift it to the Industrial Area at the earliest where they’ve allotted a plot.

6. Also, keep on notice that I am a retired person and suffering from disease of High Blood Presure and my wife is a Heart patient.

7. As said at the beginning that the case was transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura. But, most of the time the Officer was engaged in meetings and when he took the case, each time he asked us why we were not complaint earlier and why any person other than we people from the neighbourhood not making complaints. Sir/Madam, we had nothing other than dates from the Officer. My son was working at Noida at that time. So, It was not possible for him to avail that much of leaves. Even after putting his best efforts to the case, no positive result came out. So, he decided to withdraw the case. But now, their functioning has become more hazardous due to their work load and after the case. If you don't take the prompt action against the Unit, we will go for higher authorities and file a case againt them.

So, your goodself are requested to take the matter on priority basis and seek your attentive and forceful response to move their unauthorised functioning unit from a Residential Area to the Industrial Area.

We have the same complaint of keeping the milk dairies in the residential areas and the same matter requires your early action for the removal of our grievance. We are living in a good residential colony Naraina Vihar of DDA and facing the same problem of illegal milk dairies. Dairy owners keep their eight to ten buffelows in a very congested room we never see these buffelows come out from this small room, some persons from MCD takes money from Owners and their business is running smoothly. By these dairies open sewer lines are blocked and very bad smell presents in the air around those dairies.

Chemical factory, dying unit and auto parts manufacturer in our area spreading very hazardoud gases which we have to inhale with every breath. these gases are very dangerous for childrens as well as old peoples living in our street.

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies.

Dairy owner keep their eight to ten buffalows in a room we see always these buffalows come out from this room, some persons from MCD takes money from Owners and their business is running smoothly. By these dairies open sewer lines are blocked and very bad smell presents in the air around those dairies. these buffaloes effect car, scooters let them down, garbage, dung spread here & there due to which mosquito born due to which people even small baby, children suffered from many diseases like malaria etc.

One of bad elements of society named "MADAN LAL" resident of H.No-112 Mool chand Colony Gujrati Lane Adarsh Nagar Delhi-110033 has approx 15 buffaloes and 2 cows. He beats if any people say something about thier cattles. His cattles harm many persons Vehicles also and also one children may die due to their running buffaloe. Please take any action as soon as possible because It is made Important Issue for us. People afraid of Madan Lal beacuse He and his 3 sons Pradeep, Yogesh, Viki are villians type person and has beaten many people if any oerson touch their cattle. Pleas edo something Sir.

We are residents of A-8, Triloki Colony, Bapu Park, Kotla Mubarak Pur, New Delhi - 110 003. I would like to draw your attention that one of our neighbour named Mahender Singh S/o Shri Swaroop Singh is tying cows and buffaloes illegally on the road in front of his residence at A-7, Triloki Colony, Bapu Park, K.M.Pur, New Delhi - 110 003. It is creating problems for tresspassers as the animals keep on hitting people and childrens crossing road in front of their house.
If someone raises any voice they try to beat the person to say something about their cattles. His cattles harm many persons, Vehicles and childrens and may cause to death of any resident due to their running cows.
Please take an appropriate action as early as possible.

I am a resindent of Nangli jalib opp b-1 janakpuri metro station east new delhi. Civil lines zone. I want to complain about an illegal dairy in our locality. In nangli jalib village. There are 15 to 20 buffaloes in the dairy including 6 to 9 cows also. whole cow waste is just drained away on the road and whole road get choacked with dirt and mud.Also during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering movements of vehicles and also effect cleanliness of he road Kindly look to the matter. Since its really very difficult to live in such a unhygenic conditions.

In Vipin garden extension, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110059, there are many illegal dairies are running in residential colony. All the residents are very unhappy but no one will be take initiative to file complaint due to fear of diary owners.
Specially dairies are running in Gali no. 14 to Gali no. 34.
Pl take some steps to shift the dairies otherwise people will have to sell their houses due to their fear.

There is an illegal milk dairy running in residential area of Qutub Vihar Phase-1, Gali No-10, Block-F, New Delhi-71.

Around 15-20 cattle are there, which made our life difficult . I have spent my whole life earning to make my own home but now I & my family running under such mental trauma. Subject: Opening of Illegal Dairy Farming in residential area of New Delhi.

We, the residents of Om Nagar, Badarpur want to lodge a complaint against a mafia whose name is Harendra Rathi who have opened a business of dairy farming in the residential colony of Delhi inside a residential plot which is next to House No. 400, Block B, Street No. 9, Om Nagar, Near Molarband School, Badarpur, New Delhi – 110044.

As per the law, no one can open a dairy farming business in residential area of New Delhi, where buffaloes and cows can be kept. Further we the residents of Om Nagar have requested the mafia several times but he always rejects our request. As initially we were not having any problem with the mafia but as the time passed, he has started encroaching the street due to which the street is becoming quite unsafe for pedestrians and kids. As most of the time, he used to keep his cattle in open due to which probability of some accidents are high. Presently the mafia is having more than 1o buffaloes and 2 cows apart from their calves.

With each passing day, the mafia is creating new problems for the residents of Om Nagar. Now he is putting all the waste and dung of animals in the open drain due to which stench and unhygienic atmosphere is created in the street. Further we are also facing difficulty in commuting as the mafia is piling up the waste and dung in the street due to which problem of commutation is faced by the residents and such filthy atmosphere is also giving birth to mosquitoes. Not only this the mafia has also constructed a huge speed braker in the street which as per Delhi High court judgement is not allowed. As per the Delhi High court judgement, the residents cannot take law in their hands and they have to make an application in this regard to the DCP (traffic range) concerned. This speed braker was constructed by the mafia to cover his waste pipe which he is also not putting in his own drain but putting it in the drain of opposite residing residents. Not only that the mafia has also dug a Submersible in the street through which the mafia is wasting thousand liters of water per day due to which ground level of water is decreasing day by day.

Since our sincere requests have not made any impact on the mafia and he was very aggressive and keen to fight therefore, we request your goodself with folded hands to take some necessary and strict actions in this regard. Further we would be making this application through mail and hard copies to different departments so that the concerned departments can take appropriate action at their end. We are very hopeful that these departments will justify their duties and we the residents of Om Nagar will get justice and the dairy farming business would be closed and shifted to some other place.

Respected Sir/Madam,


This is in connection with the prior case discussed with you via Email regarding unauthorized and hazardous working of a factory unit engaged in Iron Sheet Cutting Business. Please note that the same matter had been transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura via competent authorities after your sympathetic and favorable efforts which had been continued till around 10 months but had no positive output came out with. So, we would like to draw your kind attention and seek your sympathetic consideration once again in the matter given as under :

1. In my neighbourhood there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines.

2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is perilous to the health of our family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the Machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home has become weak.

3. Sir/Madam, please note that this factory unit is functioning in a residential area and the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has already directed to shift their factory to an Industrial Area and close down their factory at the existing locations, failing which, strict action will be taken against them.

4. But, these persons are not adhering to these instructions and are still functioning their activity even after having their plot at the Industrial Area. The working hours of his factory are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We have requested them a number of times to shift their factory to the Industrial Area but they are openly saying that they would run their factory at the above mentioned place. Due to their factory, myself and my family members are suffering a lot.

5. In the light of above circumstances, you are requested to depute your Inspector to visit and check the situation and order them to close down their factory and shift it to the Industrial Area at the earliest where they’ve allotted a plot.

6. Also, keep on notice that I am a retired person and suffering from disease of High Blood Presure and my wife is a Heart patient.

7. As said at the beginning that the case was transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura. But, most of the time the Officer was engaged in meetings and when he took the case, each time he asked us why we were not complaint earlier and why any person other than we people from the neighbourhood not making complaints. Sir/Madam, we had nothing other than dates from the Officer. My son was working at Noida at that time. So, It was not possible for him to avail that much of leaves. Even after putting his best efforts to the case, no positive result came out. So, he decided to withdraw the case. But now, their functioning has become more hazardous due to their work load and after the case. If you don't take the prompt action against the Unit, we will go for higher authorities and file a case againt them.

So, your goodself are requested to take the matter on priority basis and seek your attentive and forceful response to move their unauthorised functioning unit from a Residential Area to the Industrial Area.

I had applied for birth certificate of my ward who was born on[protected] at Teerath Ram Shah Hospital, Tis Hazari, Delhi Mother's Name: Renuka, and i had been asked to collect my ward's birth certificate from Civil Lines M.C.D Office. I had got d birth certificate on the date it was to be given but the Fathers' Name mentioned in the Certificate was Mr. K.B Kumar, which is not the correct name while the correct name is Mr. K.P Kumar and also the house address mention in the certificate was incomplete ( i.e the full house address is P-36/C-1 Dilshad Garden, Delhi -95 and not P-36/C D.D.A Flats Dilshad Garden). so we had applied for the correction of the same and we had got the certificate for correction of father's name and house address from the hospital, but after applying to the M.C.D for the same and even after providing all the required documents we had got a slip from the M.C.D Office containing a number( 740704) and the date of getting the corrected certificate was 28/ 02 / 2011. But even after 60 days we have still not got the certificate and no proper information has also been given to us by the concerned authority about the time at which the birth certificate will be available.Kindly look into the matter.i shall be highly grateful to you for the same.

After a repeated number of complaints, the matter has not yet been solved. whenever i go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. When i asked them to give me the phone number of their Sr. Official, they said that they can't give me the number no do they have official number. Just can't understand the way of working.

I am residents of S35-A, Parampuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. Last year our street had gone pucca with drainage canal. But till date this newly drainage canal uncovered. Owing to which so many hazards has been facing by the residents of the colony. Children and old age people generally falls in the draining canal and got serious accidents. 1. Since the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria.
2. Polythene bags are often dropped into the drain as it is open, this leads to blockage of the drain, further stagnation of collected water.

5. The junk from the drain also leads to traffic jams.

sale of flat — selling a flat which had legal problems

I am an NRI and I read an add. for sale of a flat and I was given details of the ownership and offered at a rate well below the market value.I was asked to pay a deposit and to pay the remaining when the sale deed is provided.it is now more than 4 months and they have not given any papers now they are telling me that I will forfeit the deposit!
I went to a lawyer and he says that there is a debt recovery tribunal case on that flat and the whole building is under litigation.is this not a case of fraud and cheating ???can I go to police and lodge a criminal case?please advice me.

DADWAL). many days and filed complaint in DDA with Vice-chairman and Commissioner Housing, and MCD control room on Ph.[protected] Mr. Sanjeev talked on 17.3.05 complaint no.788EP1 and on 15.3.05 complaint No.767TLP., On Ph.1266, No.s. 519, 535, 592, 925, 1497, 1991 & Shahdra Ph.No.22303700 No.685, 728 etc.
Shri K.M. Chowdhury Flat No.12, Pkt D, who has 1. Constructed again extended balcony which was demolished by DDA/MCD & DELHI POLICE.2.Removed Nine inches load bearing wall. 2. Made additional window towards my balcony 3. Damaged laterine bathroom pipelines (drops of laterine water are felling on us) 4. Widened all windows, made additional ventelator in bathroom. 5. Making commercial use of flat (painting industry, paintings are made by children at 5.00pm and 9.00am almost daily on Sunday at 9.00 morning). 6. Made iron structure on roof which is not allowed due to common place. 7. Put many plants in stairs not allowed because it is common place for residents, water comes down to our door. 8. Child labour problem, keeping small child, beats him, does not give him proper food clothes money etc.

I am Having an example of House No. 1693/4 Govind Puri Extn where they are having a huge space with them and family member are just 5 Person but still after having so much space they have still made a Ramp Infornt of there home. After seing them every body start doing the same practice. These Gali are so conjusted that after making these type of ramp its really im possiable to park our vehicles. MCD are not taking any action on these type of violator and even these type of people bribe few people those who are in the authority. Would request you to please take some serious action against them.

i m a residence of Narala . i would like to submit complaint against the DDA employees specially the employees posted in the (LPB-NORTH ZONE IN DDA OFFICE).The head of the total corruption is Mr. KK Sharma who is posted here as a depty director. he with his collegue named Mr VP Singh charge heavy amount of money to make illegal construction of godwan in that area. the weekly turn over from this area is more than 2 to 3 lakh rupees and it make the total residence area into a commercial one . even Mr KK Sharma has earlier posted from this area but he gave a heavy bribe to the higher authorities to make his posting again in the branch which is serving as gold egg hen for both of them. even the whole area is totallly industralised and it not only effect the colony but also bring the heavy loss of tax to the government .so i request all the concerned authorities to take step against the above stated person and provide the relief to the general public and take the good initative to give us corrupt free organisation like DDA.

I want to drawn your kind attention towards the unauthorized construction bearing Property No- 11, Duplex Flats Gur-Mandi Delhi-110007. The Unauthorized construction was found in this house by MCD officers. The court is also passed the Demolish order. But the MCD is failed the destroy Unauthorized construction in this Mentioned Property. The Details o[censored]/C Booked During Calender Year 2004 in Civil Line Zone also Present on Internet. I have also Put complain so many times in MCD office at Civil Line but they didn’t take any action against this. Its mean there is no any Respect of Court in front of MCD. Please Look in this matter and help us for taking necessary action to remove unauthorized construction in shape of Stair Case at G.F, & room, 1 Kit, 1 bath, Stair case at F.Floor. and Mumty at Second Floor by MCD. The MCD officers are corrupted because after the demolish order of court why they are not able to destroy unauthorized construction in the mention suit property. The same case is also running in Tis Hazari Court Room no-251, (Deepak Wason). We have win the case after the long distance of Four years but because of MCD officers. We have failed. After this complain if the MCD officers would able to take any action or failed to destroy unauthorized construction then I have to go in Consumer Court. So please help me in this matter.

Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in ROHINI.

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Arora, ground Floor, A-3/161, Rohini sec-17, New Delhi to MCD Rohini, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor.
Our Flats are DDA Flats.
The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr. Arora is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house; I stay on the 1ST Floor, and Mr. Arora directly on Ground Floor, that is right front my Flat. He uses this flat as ladies cosmetic and juice shop.
This is a Illegal Construction, because of this shop, we no have parking, and we facing a problem to up and down to our home. It also infringed upon my right to air and light. This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr. Arora is a great nuisance to my life; it is giving me a lot of mental stress and had taken peace out of my life. I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers,

This is reference to our compaint to Mrs. USHA GUPTA parshad ward 132 sagarput, west reguarding, irregularities please note following irregulartities are observed
1. Shop is not proper at same places its up wards
2. sewer is not installed at requireddepth due to this mosttly houres ae under great difficulty . in same cures are constructions of flours is required due to wrong direction and improper installation of sewer liine
3. Joints of pipes are not proper
4. Quality of pipes are not ds. more again same broken pipes have been installed.

we are facing the same problem by out top floor neighbour mr virender kumar kaura d-7-7439 vasant kunj who has stopped our approach to terrece to our water tank and has added app 6-7 tonnes of weight on our verenda room thus making our building and life risky, we informed police mcd dda cm office ltgov office but as our neighbour is very well connected and is having contacts in police mcd dda, he is getting all support from these departments, by bribing by using his contacts he has made our life hell, we dont knoe where to approach please help

Dear sir,
I purchased my motorola mobile set[protected] Moto W180 (IMEI:[protected]) on 22 Feb, 2008 from The mobile store Gwalior.After facing the charging problem I took it to the moto (customer care) service center.where the service engineer find the set and charger o.k. but"not compatible with each other".after describing the whole matter on phone no.[protected], I again approached the Darul Habib Roxy moto service center.(phone[protected].
Showing anger upon it Mr Vikash at the center kept my set, charger and battery & assured me to remove my complaint on 01May, 2008.After rounding there four time, he he return my set about 15 days later, without removing the problem.
After then I again made complaint on Ph .no.[protected], about the whole matter., the recklessness & worse behavior of office-in charge towards customers. complaint no.[protected]date 17/5/2008.but nothing is to be done up to today.I hope that you will take appropriate action to remove my trouble.Thanks.

I am constrained to bring to your kind notice and for kind redressal of the grievance of almost of more than 20-25 families residing in the vicinity of 37-38, Masjid Moth, near Uday Park, New Delhi-110049.

About a fortnight ago, persons residing at 38, Masjid Moth, ND started making illegal encroachment in the MCD land in fron of flat No. 37(shop), and now they are preparing to erect wall and make a shop in the MCD land. Police were more than twice intimated of the same at 100 and it reached at the spot and temporarily the work was got stopped. To the utter dismay of the residents of the area, last evening i.e. 9th Sept, 08, the work was seen being done rigorously. A letter in this connection was also posted to the DC, South.
Sir, construction of a shop at the site would make chaos for the residents as well the children of the area. moreover, it is learnt that through court order also, the area is to be kept open. the landlords of 38, Masjid Moth, are bent upon erecting illegal construction at the MCD land. would you please give a personal look to the same so that construction is stopped henceforth. also kindly action be initiated against the culprits for making illegal encroachments in the government land. thanking yu,

I am Gadrab sen a resident of c-83a dashrath puri palam road street no-5 delhi -45, My neighbour NEW PAURCHASER AS A BUILDER the resident owner of C-83 B SAME ADDRESS has re construction of this building from last 2 month & make 4 th story already & now maka monty on the top so cous of them we are not safe & all seipage of my all walls & outside of my residence couse of them .

they have no anyone facility of drainage waste water through main hole but they sale all 4 floor difrent diffrent partys & his 10-15 labours all day sing song in this building . I told them please repair the drainage portion, but they always negligence
he is a business man builder he have no any problen after sale this property . Now this building like a big DDA Appartment.
now i am not understand how can we park our cars & other vehicals, who r responsible of this big building constructuion bec its without any govt permission constuction. Please solve my problem as soon as possible
