It is brought to your notice that flat no. 157 in g-7, sector -16 rohini (Road adjacent to drain) located opposite to shiv mandir is being reconstructed after demolishing the same, upto 3rd floor level by its owner namely being called mr. Deepak gupta by encroaching a considerable land area of the common road say about 6-7 feet or so, thereby encroaching thr part of the road which is for common use of the pedestrian i. E. A public place property of state government. At this stage if the construction work is not checked and stopped, it will create public inconvenience in the future.
Further it is submitted that i am in practicing advocate in delhi. My age is 70 years. Iam also a heart patient. The owner of the above said flat is, infact, a businessman running tailoring workshop for manufacturing ready made garments, thereby using residential accommodation as commercial purpose. His such business activities are unlawful obstruction or nuisance to me and other residents, residing adjacent to said flat and having common stairs.
The unauthorised construction on the property for public use is being done thereby causing obstruction to free passa5of natural air to my residential room as well as to other residents and if the same is not stopped, it will make life of all residents of the said building a hell.
Hope, your honour would take remedial steps to check and get stopped the construction on public property by the owner of flat no. G-7/157, sector -16 rohini, delhi and oblige.
Hence, immediate steps to avoid any unwanted damage to the property and life.
