There is lady Nimala Devi W/o Surender singh House no.- 745, Dada Vali Gali, Kapashera, New Delhi -110037 .She has a pet dog which is kept in very Horrible conditions. The dog is Tied inside the house all the time and is not taken outside. She beats the dog all the time and does not feed him anything. The dog is Tied in Sunlight on the roof 24 hours. The dog is starving to death and sleep in his own defecation. we are also attaching the photographic evidence to prove it.

Please take some action as soon as possible.
