Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that our neighbor is constructing unauthorized floor (G-6/79 third floor, sector -16, Rohini, Delhi-85).

In view of the above I want to add that he is constructing fourth floor and he also extended the third floor without any permission and below floors are getting damage as you will see in the photograph provided in the attachment. We have complaint regarding the same to police and MCD rohini vide complaint no. 1616 dt.29/9/2016 and 1645 respectively also complaint online vide complaint no. GRV/RHZ/2016/086854 dt. 03/10/2016 and GRV/RHZ/2016/087047 dt.05/10/2016 but no action has been taken yet. Am also sending attachment including the photographs of the unauthorized construction of flat

you are requested to take strict action on the above said complaint at the earliest. I will be highly obliged.
