Construction of 6th floor on dda flats' 4 storeyed house - block 22 flat 727. House is a disputed property in the name of mrs lily tiwari who passed away in april 2009. The property is unclaimed hence disputed and illegal construction is being done by illegal occupants. First the 4th floor house was illegally extended to three times its original size then 5th floor was constructed & now 6th floor is being constructed.
