Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — diesel generators a havoc

I am a resident of mukhram garden tilak nagar and i am fed up of the diesel generator whish is used by the dental hospital in my neighborhood. The doctor is admant on not finding any alternative to the extremely huge sized generator whose use was already banned by the government few years again. This generator not only remits bad smoke but also releases heat and viberations in the adjoining buildings and mine is exactly next to his building. I have been requesting him for help from the past 2 years but he is not paying any heed. Know i'm putting forward my complaint to municipal corporation and hope for a redressal soon.
