Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — i'm complaining about the greater number of attacking and biting incident of street dogs in my area

I am resident of lalita park, here the number of street dogs are growing day by day. Yesterday my brother attacked by 7 big dogs and two of them also bite him. Me myself also attacked by the street dogs many times. There population is also increasing day by day. Kids are not able to play outside or even the garbage picker usually threaten and bitten by them. Kindly take some strict action on this asap
