Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — irregularity of sweeper.

In our market kathuria, 5745- jogiwara, nai sarak. The sweeper works on old system and she is irregular and this has created lot of mess and garbage dumps. We warned her so many times but all in vain, so we started to clean ourselves but she turned angry on this and she doesn't clean and not let us clean the mess. We don't want to enter in this fuss.
