Filled with litter, garbage, dirty black water.
Can cause various diseases. On entry of building. Smells alot. Has become dumpyard of garbage and litter. As it is from many months.
Kindly get it cleaned. And make an accurate drain so that water should not stand there.

I have a dog, age 3-4 month old, we didn’t have time to care for a dog, so dog didn’t get as much care that he want so, I request to MCD department toh take my dog and take him in care of your capable department
