Subject : ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ON FIRST FLOOR DDA FLAT 38A.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of DDA MIG FLATS, JANAKPURI, B-1-A BLOCK, and would like your to please register my complaint that there is unauthorized construction going in the DDA Flats B-1-A/38A, JANAKPURI Delhi -110058.

The owner is making illegal and unauthorised alterations to the original DDA plan with out the permission of the other flat owners. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice and the structure of the building is already in a bad stage and it may lead a serious problem in future for other flat owner. I have attached a picture for you.

For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Updated by p c khurana Thank your goodself dear Sir. I am helpless and these owner is very bad. He does not listen to anybody and thinks he is god. Please take immediate action and demolish the illegal construction he has done.
