Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — People use toilet in complex without connection of water

We have opened new office at A-5, sai anand chamber, shop no.12, harinagar clock tower new delhi-110064. There is toilet in corner of our office and people used it frequently and it produce foul smell all over the day. Sitting is very difficult in office. There is no water connection in toilet. Nobody tries to understand our problem. we both are ladies. and we continuousily facing the problem. Please take some action about it.
