A pet dog of people living on rent in d-153, 3rd floor, gali no. 19, dashrath puri is attacking all neighbours. We requested many times but they dont tie him and leave him open. He is attacking ppl every other day. All neighbours complained in mcd najafgarh but nobody came. Please help by taking that mad dog away. The dogs owner fight with neighbour but dont solve problem. Now dog attacks are increasing day by day. Please help. We are in big trouble.
