Sent request to MCD rajouri garden . Recd by them 12.06.19. Reg birth child : Mukesh Kumar DOB 10.03.1984. Registeration no. 375 / 21.12.84 Birth place Shakur Basti Delhi. Mother: Bimla Devi and Father Parkash Chand. Appln status wrongly showing DOB in appln 8569767 / 12.06.19. Shows pending with CRR. Rectify Correct DOB is 10.03.1984 in online status. Health deptt / MCD incorrectly feedef in forwarding my appln coorect DOB to CRR Old Birth certificate photo copy also attached.
