I live in east punjabi bagh. The mcd department has taken out all the waste from the severs and gutters but have left it there only. They have not picked up the waste and everything is lying there only. The waste is stinking now and now when its raining, the condition is becoming even worse. I live in east punjabi bagj, near bhagwan das nagar gol chakkar.
