Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — sewers and gutters are overflowing and smelling a lot

The gutter of our building has been filed to its limits now i wanted you guys to come or send someone to resolve the issue
It smells alot... We aren't able to pass by because of the smell this issue is arising from 20 days plz help us out...
