Dear sir,

There is a stinking dead cow's carcass behind gali no 4, adarsh enclave, g-block aya nagar (Bandh road), new delhi-110047 in the ground, which is lying for last 3 days. It is making us local people's life miserable because of foul odor. We are having breathing difficulty.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I am Sanjay Jaggi live in "House no. 228 C R Road, Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar. Very awkward dogs have been bothered here. You are requested to catch them and get rid of these dogs as soon as possible.
