Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Street dogs nightmare

It is 4:30 am as i were this complaint. I am yet to sleep because the dogs in my colony have been barking all night. I can't think of going out and taking a walk, because they start attacking everyone after 10 pm and until 7 am. I was once personally attacked while going to the temple at sunrise. I have stopped doing that now.

Please help. I live in geetanjali enclave, near aurobindo college
