Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — very serious problem

We are Living in 24 block Tilak nagar, West Delhi.We are being troubled by Street dogs. They are always entering our house and they sit there for hours until we remove them from the house. They sit in the stairs and don't get up so easily. We live on second floor so we can't even lock the main gate of our house as then we would have to go and open it again and again. We are facing this problem since 3-4 months. I hope you will understand our problem and help us.
