This is to inform you that recently my gully has been furnished newly and yesterday my neighbours deliberately blocked the gully. I have requested many times please remove your concrete bag inside your house. They said what is your problem this is my area i want to put here and this is not your business. Sir this is waking way they blocked the whole gully and not listening of anybody. Please note my address wz-118 village dasghara post office pusa new delhi - 110012, near kabir mcd park.
