Respected sir/madam,

This is to inform you that myself, mrs fatima john w/o late. Mr. John k. I., is residing in 42-a new dda chilla village, janta flats, mayur vihar ph-1, for the last 26 years. No neighbour has any issues with us till date.

Last year december 4th 2017, my husband was hospitalized for some 40-50 days.in our absence our neighboiur created some unwanted welding grills in and around our entrance gates without our permission or knowledge. My husband passed away on 16th january 2018, when we came back form hospital, we saw this illegal welding works around our entrance gate. We requested our neighbour politely several times to remove the welding works. But every time they ignore our polite request. So after so many request of we use, we finally filed a police complaint with the mayur vihar phase -1 police station on 10/5/2018. Copy of police complaint is attached with this letter. But unfortunately, they also did not take any action, after several remainings.

Iam a widow, very old lady having health issues also. So, i can't argue with our neighbour every day. Also due to my health issues, i can't go to police station every day. Due to our neighbour's bad behaviour and bad languages, i am afraid to stay alone in my house, so i have moved to dilshad colony and i stay with my married daughter and son in law.

So, i humbly request your good self to take the matter very seriuosly. I being an old widow no where to go other than you. I hope you will take up the matter with the concerned people and department.

Iam enclosing a copy of police complaint ands copy of welding works done around our gate.
