2. I submitted my grievance at mcd site on 08.08.2018.
Grievance id : 35678.

1. I made online payment of house tax rs. 2, 734.10 on
07.08.2018 by credit card through :
Indusind - payment gateway of payu payments
Pvt. Ltd.

2. I contacted payu payments. They say payment was
Successful.
They also gave me payu id : [protected].

3. But still i can not generate my receipt of tax paid at
Mcd site. (As if the payment is not received by them)

I would kindly request you to please help me in this regard, so that amount paid by me online gets credited to my said property and shall be able to generate my payment receipt.

I made online payment of House Tax on 07.08.2018. This online payment got debited to my credit card account but I found myself unable to print the Receipt for this payment. I used to try to print my receipt but the site always stated that the receipt is not available. I had submitted my Grievance at MCD site also on 08.08.2018. Today on 17.08.2018 I tried to print the Receipt and to my good luck I was able to print it. I am very thankful to every body i.e. The Team of Comsumer Complaints and MCD Team for helping me and sorting out my grievance in a shortest time. Thanking you once again. I remain grateful.

Municipal Corporation of East Delhi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

and NOT from Payu Money.

Payu Payments gave me Payu ID : [protected]
They say payment was SUCCESSFUL.

I made an on line payment of Rs. 2, 734.10 by Credit Card on 07.08.2018 at around 10 pm through Gateway of Payu Payments Pvt. Ltd.

This payment remains at Bank as unsettled transaction.

This payment has been debited to my credit card but has not been received by the merchant (MCD).

AN EARLIEST NEEDFUL ACTION IN THIS REGARD IS REQUESTED AT YOUR END.
