Verma (This is email id of inusind bank given at edmc site) Dear sir, On 20.06.2018 my account has been debited by rs.1094.70 with oriental bank quoting particular 'ibshp/42812086/[protected]/payu pay/[protected]b29d ref feb/42508366 as per house tax paid by me to edmc using net banking gate way provided by you (Inusind bank) at online payment site of edmc for house tax payment. The receipt of house tax was not generated as it is showing no payments. Phone at your (Inusind bank) telephone number [protected] provided at edmc site not responding. Grievances id no 31419 registered at edmc site not attended hence this email was sent. I dont know why transaction id is not printed in attached complaint & why it shows mode of payment as kota banking. Please revert. Matter urgent. Transaction numbers as appearing in my bank account statement is given above. Verma Dear sir Corrigendum :it is not 20.06.2017 but it is 20.06.2018 only when i transferred funds online to pay house tax of rs.1077 plus some charges which comes to rs.1094.70. Before escalating the complaint of harassment caused to me by neither responding nor acknowledging which is clear case of deficiency in services, i request you again to respond.
