I have been trying regularly to pay my property tax online since april and every time "system under maintenance" is displayed on the screen.

Kindly advice me how to make on line payment and how to avail allowable rebate for timely payment!!!

I have paid every time for last so many year... There is no support visible and this is getting delayed for no fault on my part.
