R sir/mam, I hear to inform you that one of my neighbour's (H. No - 118, nissan hut, railway road, nit-5, faridabad (Near banke bihari temple) have a street dog at their home nd the dog barks 1-2 hours daily coz they chainoff the dog. We got a headache nd we all are fedup with this and they are not able to take care of that dog.in afternoon they throw out the dog on streets and this thing repeats daily.
