E., on 13.01.2019 at about 1309 hrs i have ordered khandari chicken in grand hotel, behind gpo, abids, hyderabad via. Zomato to the lakdikapool, hyderabad. While having the food i have found a cockroach in the food. Due to the unhygienic food i have suffered severe vomiting’s and became ill. I request you to take necessary action against the management.
