I live in H.I.G, B.H.E.L township, R.C puram. I have seen multiple times, small kids under 12 years of age, coming up to pick up the garbage. They keep spilling the garbage here and there and they keep asking money always. It would be good if their parents/relatives, whoever has been appointed for that work, do their job, instead of sending their kids.

I am living in house no 2193, old MIG BHEL, R C Puram, no one pickups garbage from door, even though when I am putting my garbage at garbage auto, they are demanding amount of 50/-. Is it mandatory to give the amount to then even though if thery are not collecting garbage at my door?
