Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — limra apartments not maintaining sanitation and drainage water overflowing on the street

Hi i live in akberbagh, malakpet. I have limra apartment next to my home and they do not maintain proper sanitation. The drainage pipes are overflowing, me and my kids hace to walk though that way to reach our house. I have tried to talk to them several times but they are very arrogant and dont care. I am worried about me and my family health. We share a common boundry and i am not able to keep my doors open due to foul smell and mosquitos.
Please help me get this issue resolved or give me a way i can proceed in this matter.
